SPECIFIC

  1. authors authority,
  2. effectiveness in meeting sites purpose (e.g., porn site)
  3. amount of sales and profits (for commercial sites)"
  4. if there is video or audio, it is good?
  5. is the infomation credible?
  6. if it is supposed to to entertaining, is it?
  7. is the data query interface easy to use?
  8. is there lots of data?"
  9. commercial- secure, visual,effective
  10. academic, informative- well documented
